Q: Do I have to make a reservation?
A: We do NOT accept walk up guests without reservations. Legally we can only bring 28 people on the tour at once, so it is suggested that you reserve a spot on our tours ahead of time. Booking is easy as tickets can be purchased right from this website. Or if you would prefer to speak to a representative please feel free to call (504) 355-1213. Guests who book in advance will receive a confirmation email.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: If you would like to request a refund for a tour, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with all info associated with your booking: your name, email address and phone number and the date and time of your scheduled tour. We will refund requests made 24 hours prior to the tour start time. Do keep in mind that most of the time, we can accommodate a schedule change.
Q: What if it rains?
A: New Orleans get about 60 inches of rain a year, which of course is why we have such beautiful lush vegetation. We do tour in the rain, but will postpone or cancel the tour if there is dangerous conditions such as lightning, flash floods, hail etc. We will notify our guests as soon as the call is made, through email or telephone. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us at (504) 355 -1213. Refunds will definitely be issued if a tour is cancelled due to weather.
Q: How long are the tours?
A: Our tours are about 2 hours, depending on the size of the group and pace of the guests. We only walk about a mile on each of our tours, at a pace best described as a stroll.
Q: Can we bring kids?
A: Yes, these tours are great for people of all ages.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Bookings made online or on the phone can be paid with a credit card. Walk up reservations can be made with a credit card or cash.
Q: Do you accept last-minute bookings?
A: Last minute bookings can be accommodated if we are not completely booked up. If the website allows you to book, then please feel free. If not, be sure to give us a call and we will try to get you on the list for the upcoming tour (504-355- 1213).
Q: What should I bring?
A: We always recommend an umbrella both to protect from rain and to provide shade. We also recommend sunscreen, and of course water to drink. While we don’t have any hills, the sidewalks in even our most picturesque neighborhoods can be challenging, so be sure to wear comfy shoes.

A: Our guides are committed to providing you with the highest quality tour. If you feel you have just been on a great tour please feel free to tip your guide.
